Bewilderment by Richard Powers is the story of Theo Byrne, a single father and astrobiologist, raising his 3rd-grade son, Robin, after the death of his wife. The complexities of life, the love between a father and son, the struggles of change, and the heartbreak of honesty are all wrapped up in a deeply descriptive story. Again and again, Theo and Robin often find solace and connection in the natural world. Smoke on the Mountain
1.5 ounces Green Chartreuse
0.5 ounce Mezcal
3 dashes Wisecraft Orange pecan bitters
Orange skin
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice until thoroughly chilled. Strain into the glass of your preference and express the orange skin over the drink.
